STUDIO POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Queensy Studio. To maintain a professional, safe, and enjoyable environment for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and respect the following policies.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY**

We value your time and ours. To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY**

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, as late arrivals affect subsequent appointments and overall service quality.
Service adjustments are made at the artist’s discretion, depending on availability and remaining appointment time.

CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY**

For safety and to preserve a calm experience, children are welcome only when receiving a service.
All children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended within the studio.

Guests are welcome on select bookings. Please discuss guest arrangements with the studio in advance, so we can prepare seating, timing, and ensure a smooth experience.

HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLOSURE**

Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to receiving services.
Queensy Studio is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.
